Hi! I’m Rose
Growing up surrounded by contractors, I never imagined I would put my own spin on the family business. I’m originally from Pittsburgh, PA (the land of gobs and way too many bridges), and although I found my roots in writing early on, I didn’t discover my passion for building until much later.
I’m currently the Managing Editor of Renovated Magazine and a staff writer at the National Association of RealtorsⓇ and Apartment Therapy. I’ve also been a regular contributor to a variety of online publications such as the American Society of Home Inspectors, the National Center of Construction Education and Research, and USGBC.
I write on a variety of topics in the home industry, from design & remodeling to real estate and market predictions to construction innovations and technology. I’m happy to work with a variety of publications, big and small, and provide thoroughly researched content for you and your readers.
In my spare time, you can find me either baking chocolate chip cookies (a cliche, but my favorite) or curled up on the couch with my two cats, Crookshanks and Binx, watching the latest documentary.
